    The role of the Information Access Request Consultant is to manage ANZ's obligations under the Mandatory Credit Reporting Standards. The Credit Support Analyst is responsible for processing Credit Report Access and Correction requests for ANZ customers and authorised third parties.

    In addition, the consultant will:
    • Interact with ANZ customers and third parties via phone, email and mail channels.
    • Access information for Retail and Commercial Lending products including Small Business Loans, Commercial Credit Cards, and Personal Loans, Consumer Credit Cards, Overdrafts, Mortgages and Esanda products.

    Role Location: MDC 100 Building, Eastwood City, Libis, Quezon City, Philippines

    Role Type: Full-time

    Shift Schedule: Day shift schedules will be adhered to

    What will you bring

    To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
    • Practical knowledge of operating risk and compliance policies and procedures
    • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
    • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
    • Organisational, leadership, attention to detail, accuracy and time management skills
    • Working knowledge of PEGA, Hogan, CTM, CTA, Vision Plus, AS400 and CAP
