- Lead strategic new business development initiatives by identifying, prospecting, and securing corporate, travel, and event accounts
- Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
- Manage, grow, and retain a portfolio of key accounts to maximize revenue and long-term value
- Conduct executive-level sales meetings, presentations, and contract negotiations with decision-makers
- Build and maintain strong, long-term partnerships through proactive relationship management and consultative selling
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, marketing, and finance teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new revenue streams and partnership opportunities
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance analyses for senior management review
- Represent the organization in industry events, networking functions, and business forums to strengthen brand presence and generate leads
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in hotel sales, account management, or business development
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Strategic thinker with strong relationship-building and client management capabilities
- Background in hospitality or hotel sales is highly preferred
- Established industry network is a strong advantage
