1.Able to plan, organize, and supervise in all areas of accounting duties.2.Able to ensure the smooth operation of the various functions of the department in the area of Accounting.3.Able to achieve success in improving the efficiency level of the department's operations in the area of Accounting.4.Able to produce and implement feasible solutions to tackle problems that arise in the area of accounting.5.Able to review, set, and modify policies governing process flows, schedules, and cut-off periods for inclusion of payables for budgeting, processing, approval, and releasing or remittance.

6.Able to authorize payments due as scheduled7.Able to set policies on setting up, monitoring, regulating, and effecting company fund operations - on internal and external arrangements relative to supporting project operations, achieving greater short and long-term yields on investments made and encashing Company disposable and of value fixed assets.

8.Able to pre-approve/approve verified journal slips at the Project/Site/Department level and/or for the Company.9.Able to recommend for the improvement of the accounting system10.Able to increase effectiveness and productivity of accounts system11.Able to take the lead in coordinating requirements for claiming VAT or EWT refund from BIR12.Able to ensure monthly and tax return reports are completed and submitted to BIR13.Able to ensure monthly and tax return reports are completed and submitted to BIR14.Able to liaise with the HQ Office regarding local tax position15.Able to ensure tax payments are remitted within the prescribed period16.Able to maintain corporate tax files and ensure tax remittance reports are prepared by responsible staff.
