    Duties and responsibilities


    • Marketing Strategy. Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies to achieve business objectives. Collaborate with marketing team members and stakeholders to identify target markets, key messaging, and marketing tactics.


    • Market Research. Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify opportunities and provide actionable insights.


    • Campaign Management. Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, such as digital marketing, advertising, email marketing, social media, events, or other relevant platforms. Monitor campaign performance and analyze results to optimize future campaigns.


    • Content Creation. Assist in creating marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, website content, blog posts, social media content, or other materials as needed. Ensure messaging consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.


    • Digital Marketing. Support digital marketing efforts, including website management, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, social media marketing, email marketing, and other digital channels. Collaborate with digital marketing specialists to optimize online presence and drive customer engagement.


    • Marketing Analytics. Track, analyze, and report on marketing metrics and campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics or other relevant platforms. Generate reports, provide insights, and make data-driven recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness.


    • Event Coordination. Assist in organizing and coordinating marketing events, trade shows, conferences, or promotional activities. Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and event organizers to ensure successful event execution.


    • Brand Management. Support brand management initiatives by ensuring brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications. Monitor and enforce brand guidelines and assist in the development of brand awareness campaigns.


    • Communication and Collaboration. Maintain effective communication with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure marketing efforts are aligned and integrated. Collaborate with creative teams, agencies, and vendors to develop marketing materials and campaigns.

    Qualifications


    • A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field is preferred.


    • Two to three (2 to 3) years of proven experience in marketing, advertising, or a related field. Familiarity with marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.


    • Strong analytical and research skills to gather and interpret market data. Familiarity with market research methods, tools, and techniques.


    • Understanding of digital marketing channels, techniques, and platforms. Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.


    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey marketing messages and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.


    • Ability to think creatively and generate innovative ideas to differentiate the organization's marketing efforts. Strong copywriting and content creation skills.


    • Proficiency in analyzing marketing data, metrics, and campaign performance. Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and the ability to draw actionable insights from data.


    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously. Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.


    • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and collaborate with colleagues at all levels. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders and vendors.

    Working conditions


    • This position requires working with different nationalities.


    • Regular working shift is 9:00AM to 6:00PM, from Monday to Friday; Must be amenable to work on weekends, if needed
