    Administrative Assistant, be 100% YOU with MicroSourcing

    An Administrative Assistant is expected to:

    ● Manage calendar including scheduling travel, meetings, etc
    ● Respond to and forward emails as needed
    ● Upload and organize documents into various programs
    ● Track shipping of materials and update project schedules
    ● Ensure deadlines are met and adapt to changing priorities
    ● Respond to customer inquiries
    ● Troubleshoot shipping discrepancies and delays

    What it takes to be part of our team:

    ● Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
    ● 1-2 years of experience in a related field
    ● Familiarity with standard office platforms, such as Microsoft Office and QuickBooks
    ● Time management, multitasking, and flexibility
    ● Accuracy and attention to detail
    ● Ability to work well under pressure and navigate deadlines
    ● Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
    ● Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    ● Excellent time management.
