    Requirements

    MySigrid is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Remote Full-time Senior Executive Assistant. The ideal candidate will serve as the trusted right-hand person to the executive, managing day-to-day operations and supporting strategic initiatives in the venture capital firm. Your responsibilities will include prioritizing tasks, managing communications, overseeing deal flow, and ensuring seamless operations.

MySigrid is a âstate-of-the-art' technology platform designed to optimize the work processes of our Executive Assistants, allowing them to deliver world-class remote support to multiple clients, as well as giving them the flexibility to configure an optimal work/life balance.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Learn every aspect of venture capital: Shadow the executive to gain comprehensive knowledge of venture capital operations and processes.
    • Email Management: Prioritize and respond to all emails promptly, ensuring efficient communication flow
    • Meeting Support: Attend meetings, capture action items, and follow up on tasks as necessary
    • Task Prioritization: Assist in creating and managing the executive's to-do list, prioritizing tasks based on importance and urgency
    • Calendar Management: Utilize scheduling software to manage the executive's calendar, ensuring efficient use of time
    • Daily Planning: Prepare daily bullet plans outlining critical tasks for the day, keeping the executive focused and organized
    • Deal Flow Management: Manage and prioritize deal flow, supporting the deal process from inception to completion
    • Meeting Preparation: Ensure the executive is fully prepared with background information and context before meetings and follow up on action items afterward
    • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with portfolio CEOs to gather metrics and monitor the performance of portfolio companies
    • Project Management: Manage partner projects, brand/marketing initiatives, and events, ensuring successful execution and delivery

    Requirements

    As a minimum, we expect candidates to meet the following requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, or related field
    • 2-3 years of experience in venture capital, private equity, or related industry
    • Proven track record of successfully supporting C-suite executives or senior leadership
    • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate data and contribute to strategic decision-making
    • Amenable to US Night Shift (Pacific Time) work schedule

    Co-Working days

    MySigrid has co-working offices in BGC, Ortigas, and Makati where the whole team meets twice a month at a minimum.
