- Make outbound telephone calls to targeted prospects.
- Schedule appointments with Decision Makers (DM) for our Outside Sales Team, ensuring a steady flow of potential clients for further engagement.
- Qualify all sales leads, allocate as appropriate, and drive leads through the sales process by initiating face-to-face appointments with Outside Sales team,
- Conduct follow-up activities with prospects to ensure ongoing engagement and address any queries or concerns they may have.
- Attend virtual sales meetings
- Consistently log and record each-and-every outreach made, in our CRM, producing regular activity reports as requested by Director of Inside Sales
- Promote and represent the corporate culture and core values in all aspects of your job duties.
- Has at least 2 years experience in appointment setting for international clients
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
- Excellent time management skills, knowledge and experience with Word & Excel
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast pace environment
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Excellent problem solving, analytical and researching skills
- Has experience using CRM and/or sales enablement applications
- Have previous experience in similar roles u0026ndash preferably in technology and cybersecurity industries
- Amenable to work onsite (Night Shift- Alabang)
