- Set sales appointments from contact information provided through TERRA's CRM tool.
- Generate new prospects from a variety of other sources: job boards, referrals, local news, etc.
- Goal of 80% show rate on appointments generated; Minimum of 65% show rate
- Assist with focus areas, such as a new branch opening, as directed by the EVP of Sales, Director of Strategic Sales and Manager of Corporate Sales
- Maintain operational and sales integrity during the appointment setting process
- Allocate 100% of time to identify, source, and qualify prospects suitable for the company's profile.
- Contact qualified prospects to schedule sales appointments for the company.
- Document all client information using TERRA's CRM tool and upload into TERRA's operational system.
- Send email confirmations to prospective clients and Branch Managers regarding appointment details.
- Ensure 80% of scheduled sales appointments occur.
- Email Branch Managers with further appointment details.
- Track and complete a weekly sales metrics report.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in sales or business development roles, preferably in the staffing industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated decision-making ability and problem-solving skills when faced with challenging situations.
- Takes ownership in identifying goals and creating plans to achieve results.
