- College Graduate (BSBA, Fine Arts, Multimedia Arts, Textile & Garments Technology/ Bachelor of Technology Major in Apparel and Fashion or equivalent)
- Must have working experience as Merchandising Supervisor/Manager in the fashion retail Industry or outright
- Highly Analytical & with business acumen
- Must be people/customeroriented (Will work with/ collaborate with team of Designers/Merchandiser, Production, Supplier, Buyer/Key Account Client)
- Experience as Graphic Designer and expertise in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is an advantage but not required.
- Responsible for Business Planning & Business Development, Assortment Planning, Pricing and Profitability, and Supplier Management
