- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record of leading and motivating teams to achieve performance targets and deliver high-quality results.
- In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Office 365 platform, including administration, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with email security solutions, threat management, and data loss prevention techniques.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell for process automation and task scheduling.
- Familiarity with IT service management frameworks such as ITIL, including incident management, change management, and service level management processes.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and support.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing business requirements.

- Provide 2nd-tier support for complex technical issues related to collaboration and productivity services, including but not limited to Office 365, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and other software applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions to improve service delivery and enhance end-user experience.
- Develop and maintain documentation, procedures, and standards related to system administration processes and best practices.
- Participate in the development and implementation of IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and enhancements.
- Monitor system performance, conduct regular health checks, and implement preventive measures to ensure environment stability and security.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in system administration and IT service management.
- Serve as a point of contact for technical escalations and provide timely communication and updates to stakeholders.
