- Lead and manage a team of mechanical, Plumbing and Fire Protection engineers and support personnel.
- Coordinate and oversee the design, development, and testing of mechanical systems and components.
- Provide technical leadership and expertise in mechanical engineering.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standard
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, quality assurance, and product management.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with project managers.
- Mentor and train team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Review and approve mechanical designs and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex engineering issues.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and senior management.
- Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance team efficiency and product quality.
- Participate in recruitment, performance evaluations, and professional development of team members.
- Supervise, support and manage an assigned team of Mechanical, Plumbing and Fire protection Engineers and Drafters.
- Reviews own drawings and ensures that the drawing package is as per project requirement
- Responsible for the drafting support of his team, including activity planning and the review of drawings ensuring deliverables are as per applicable standards, codes, specifications, etc.,
- Coordinating the work of his team with other teams (Architectural, Structural...)
- Professional Engineering (PE) license or equivalent is preferred.
- Extensive experience in MEPF systems design and construction, with a proven track record of leading a team.
- Strong understanding of building codes, standards, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in MEPF-related software and tools.
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- International exposure is an advantage.
- Minimum of 8 years experience
