    Define
    Market Strategy:1. Market analyze, perform segmentation and volume estimation, and make competitiveness analysis. Define the market entry, enlargement and sustain strategy.2. Explore and identify key account in the defined industry/segment. Perform account insight about the market position, business portfolio, investment structure and organization structure.3. Develop organizational and long-term strategic relationships with key accounts. Accelerate customer adoption and customer satisfaction, manage contract negotiations, and develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.4. Define commercial model. Develops and drive the engagement with business partners; Works towards nurturing the existing accounts5.

    Lead client negotiations, propose solutions to CXOs, and Evaluation Committees acting as the single point of client contact for all deal-progression activities.

    Maintain executive level interaction with strategic alliances, industry influencers, and key Company stakeholders.6. Develop and maintain key account plans that identify opportunities for CLOUD to deliver values to customer7. Manage multiple opportunities concurrently.8. Keeping abreast and insight of competition, competitive issues and products.9. Meet assigned sales and revenue targets and strategic objectives.10.


    Coordinate internal resources including:
    sales, solution, service and manage resources to meet performance objectives and requirements

    Business Skills Requirements:

    • Mandarin Speaker is Priority
    • Knowledge of identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing largescale IT technology deals.
    • Sales and target driven, meet and exceed sales target.
    • Operates as Cloud expert and sales lead in the areas of IAAS, PAAS, SAAS cloud Integration and cloud native technology
    • Maintain a high level of relevant domain knowledge to have meaningful conversations with prospects.
    • The candidate must have the ability to develop pursuit strategies and support new business opportunities.
