- Formulate comprehensive sales plans and strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share

- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and pitches to prospective clients, showcasing our portfolio of illustrations and highlighting the value proposition of our services
- Lead negotiations with clients, including pricing discussions, contract terms, and project scope;
- Work closely with the creative team to develop customized solutions that meet client requirements while maximizing profitability
- Collaborate closely with the creative team, providing insights and feedback to guide the development of new illustrations and creative concepts
- Monitor sales performance metrics, including revenue targets, pipeline development, and conversion rates
- Must have at least 1-2 years of experience working at a creative agency
- Must have experience in account management or other client-facing roles
- Must have great presentation and public speaking skills
