- Transfer sales arborists' notes into proposals in SingleOps.
- Input information from ClickUp into SingleOps.
- Manage leads in ClickUp, ensuring all leads are captured, bids are scheduled, and proposals are sent and tracked.
- Assist in following up with clients who haven't accepted or rejected proposals yet.
- Ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Experience using project management software (e.g., ClickUp) and customer relationship management software (e.g., SingleOps) is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with Zapier or similar automation tools.
- Experience with lead management or sales coordination.
