    • Reporting directly to the Service Delivery Manager

    and indirectly to the Service Unit Head, the role

    holder will work within the MIS team to provide

    technical leadership on operational support for the

    JAKA group.
    • The Lead Technical Support oversees several key

    functions within the IT Service Delivery Team,

    enabling the delivery of high-quality service to end-

    users and ensuring that Service Support and

    Service Delivery processes are in place to meet

    business needs.
    • This role requires the incumbent to establish and

    manage expectations within the business and to

    drive and lead the technical support of the IT

    Service Delivery Unit team to achieve expectations

    to a high standard.

    Qualifications

    Education:
    • Graduate of 4-year computer related field

    such as BS Computer Science, Computer

    Engineering, or equivalent courses. o

    Experience

    • Minimum of 3-5 years related work

    Experience

    Skill/Other Requirements:
    • Relevant IT industry certifications.
    • With at least 56 hours of technical

    training/certifications.
