    Content Marketing Officer

    MAIN AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY:

    Sprout's Content Marketing Associate oversees content creation, editing and publishing across Sprout's website and landing pages, blogs and social media channels; leveraging internal and third-party partners in ensuring that Sprout's message is delivered to its target at maximum impact

    TASKS
    • Collaborate with the whole marketing team and stakeholders in content and distribution strategy planning
    • Create a comprehensive content calendar based on marketing strategy
    • Write, assign and publish content that resonates with the target market and results in lead acquisition or conversion
    • Be the expert of all content materials for Sprout and be able to deploy timely content releases.
    • Understand Sprout's target market and target audience
    • Evaluate content marketing data and analyze metrics in order to improve content creation.
    • Handle all thought leadership content creation with the help of agencies and other internal channels to help sales and promote brand recognition
    • Handle Sprout's website strategy based on business objectives
    • Work with agencies to ensure that SEO strategies and best practices are executed in planning, creation and distribution of content
    • Handle all Sprout's social media platforms and ensure high online presence, good brand recall and continuous increaUtilize all channels in order to create short form to long form of content to achieve business goals. se in ranking.

    • Monitor web traffic and website health
    • Conduct social media audit to ensure best practices are being used.
    • Perform other duties as assigned by the company.

    QUALIFICATIONS | COMPETENCIES:
    • Education: Bachelor's degree in communication, marketing, or in other related fields
    • At least one year of experience in digital marketing
    • Knowledge of Photoshop, graphic design and HTML is a plus
    • Experience in creating digital & email marketing, SEO, PPC campaigns.
    • Possess a good understanding of web analytics and industry standards in digital marketing
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Ability to handle budget management and paid acquisition
    • Ability to work under pressure, complete tasks and responsibilities independently with limited supervision
