We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant who is responsible for providing full support to high-level management.
Aside from providing administrative support, the Executive Assistant is also responsible for billing, calendar management, writing minutes of the meetings, preparing email correspondence, drafting memos, scheduling appointments, and handling sensitive information.
What You'll Be Doing
Responding to emails as needed on behalf of the management
Scheduling meetings
Process billing
Act as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders
Provide administrative and clerical support
Prepare reports and presentations
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Management or related field
At least 1 year related experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid experience in billing
Proficient in GSuite (Google docs, analytics, sheets, etc.)
Proficient in Microsoft tools such as Powerpoint
Knowledgeable of project management tools
Strong organizational and time management skills
Professional discretion, ability to maintain confidentiality and sensitive information
Knowledge in the logistics industry a plus
Must have billing experience
