    BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICERResponsibilities:
    Identify and pursue new clients and opportunities for the companyDevelop and maintain relationships with key clientsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business development strategiesPrepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clientsAchieve or exceed sales and revenue targetsMonitor industry trends and market conditions To assist with telemarketing, podcast, channel coordinatorTo manage and assist superior's administrative taskTo assist with secretarial duties (calendar management, market research, basic accounting, translation, appointment setting, record meeting minutes, filing)

    Monitor and supervise the Virtual Assistants, IT/Tech Support and Video EditorsJob Qualifications and Skill Sets:
    At least 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related fieldStrong communication and presentation skillsProven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targetsStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsExperience managing budgets and reviewing financial statementsFamiliarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office suiteWith 3 years of Sales experience in Real Estate/Other related field~~OUR CLIENTS WILL BE BASED IN SINGAPORE // OFFICE WILL BE IN TAGUIG CITY (BGC) // SALARY WILL DEPEND ON THE EXPERIENCE AND POSITION (MONTHLY BASIS) // EMPLOYMENT BENEFITS // PIONEER // OFFICE HOURS (WEEKDAYS) // WEEKENDS OFF (2 DAYS)
