- Review and validate completeness and accuracy of documents/invoices for paymentprocessing;
- Log invoices for processing and compute for VAT and W/tax (if applicable);
- Prepare Journal entries for generic import and manual booking;
- Prepare letter of Instructions for USD payment;
- Perform payment uploading via ACA-Maker and ensure all necessary steps are beingdone;
- Gather and collate all necessary supporting documents for SOA;
- Prepare 2307 form (if necessary);
- Ensure that all vouchers of all companies are filed from sorting up to updating themasterlist;
- Perform necessary billing and collection process such as:o Statement of Accountso Remittance Requests, Monitoring and Bookingo Issuance of Acknowledgement Receipt and/or Official Receipt
- Execute account analysis from Genarting data to reclassification of transactions;
- Assist in monthly re-statements such as:o Generate of all transactions and summarize per vesselo Compute forex adjustment and manually record in NAVo Update voucher
- Perform the following adhoc activities;o Monthly KPIs and Errors & Ommissions Report for Accounts Payableo Monthly KPIs for Accounts PayableIncumbent is expected to have an experience on Statement of Accounts Processing, with goodcommunications skills, is technology-savvy and displays high customer service through on-timeresponse to queries.
