    Customer Care Representative - Philippines, Manila, Pilipinas - Polytechnic University of the Philippines

    Description:

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Provide service to the Filipino customers of cash loan and POS loans (initially) and other financial products.
    • Interact with customers via SMS, chat, phone calls, email, and social media.
    • Be caring and helpful. Communicate both casually and professionally at the same time.
    • Analyze, investigate and solve difficult cases offline
    • Coordinate with other teams to solve customer cases and provide feedback

    Qualifications:

    • Native Tagalog speaker
    • At least 2nd year college
    • Proficient in English (accent is ok)
    • Good written English and grammar
    • Good vocal and written communication skills
    • Tech savvy
    • Corporate DNA compatibility (empathy, teamwork, taking responsibility, self-development, feedback/proactiveness)
    • Quick learner and can adapt to constant changes
    • Good typing speed
    • Excel, Outlook knowledge

    Nice to have, but not required:

    • Past experience with personal finance products (e.g. lending, payments, etc.)
    • Back office / QA experience
    • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence software
    • Can speak other language such as: Cebuano, Bisaya, Ilocano, Ifugao, etc.
