    Sales Development Representatives– we're empowering your talent to deliver quality and

    performance. Join us in shaping the success and making an impact that truly matters.

    As an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) with a minimum of 3 years in

    outbound sales, your primary focus will be on generating a high volume of calls, averaging

    calls per day.

    What You'll Be Doing

    • Initiating contact with prospective clients through a combination of cold calls and emails.
    • Thoroughly evaluating accounts and prospects based on well-defined criteria
    • Identifying the unique needs and challenges of prospects and effectively recommending

    suitable products and services
    • Proactively scheduling meetings and calls between prospective clients and account

    executives
    • Diligently rescheduling and following up with prospects if initial meetings do not

    materialize.

    Qualifications And Requirements

    • Experience with B2B, enterprise-level sales is highly desired
    • A strong work ethic and unwavering determination.
    • Resilience to handle rejection and the ability to persevere in a high-volume calling

    environment
    • Excellent communication skills to engage prospects effectively.
    • Previous experience in cold calling is highly advantageous.
    • Coachability and a team-focused mindset to collaborate seamlessly with colleagues
    • Proficiency in using sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Sales Loft, Outreach,

    Apollo, Salesforce, and other similar platforms is expected to maximize your success in

    this role.
