    • Work closely with management on all diversity initiatives involving recruitment to ensure
    fairness on hiring process.

    • Use various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates including social media
    platforms, networking events and job fair.

    • Provide feedback to management about details regarding application
    • Executes end to end recruitment process
    • Source, screen, interview, and select candidates based on business requirements for assigned
    accounts.

    • Assist in innovating hiring processes and procedures to improve applicant flow. Help analyze
    bottlenecks and lead improvement initiatives.

    • Support Talent Acquisition initiatives and programs.
    • Help with analysis of Talent Acquisition data, metrics, and candidate information for better
    targeting and Talent Acquisition process effectiveness that leads to improved performance.

    • Maintains and Updates the Recruitment database;
