We are looking for a Hotel customer service to serve as our guests' first point of contact and manage all aspects of their accommodation.

RESPONSIBILITIESPerform all check-in and check-out tasksManage online and phone reservationsInform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card dataRegister guests, collecting necessary information (like contact details and exact dates of their stay)Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign roomsProvide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates, and amenitiesRespond to clients' complaints in a timely and professional mannerLiaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy, and fully furnished to accommodate guests' needsConfirm group reservations and arrange personalized services for VIP customers and event attendees, like wedding guestsUpsell additional facilities and services, when appropriateMaintain updated records of bookings and paymentsREQUIREMENTSSelf-confidenceStrong computer skillsThe ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 to 2 years of hotel, retail, or other work experience in a similar customer-focused environmentReliable transportationOpera PMS experience is a benefit but not a requirementStrong verbal, written, and interpersonal skillsStrong attention to detailCommitment to exceptional service in any situationAbility to maintain a positive and professional attitude when handling all situationsAdhere to the policies and procedures of the hotelAbility to work a flexible schedule including holidays and weekendsApply Now
