    Job Description

    1. Innovation Strategy Development:
      • Lead the development and execution of the FMCG innovation strategy in alignment with overall company goals.
      • Identify and prioritize potential product opportunities based on market trends, consumer insights, and competitive analysis.
      • Define clear product roadmaps and timelines for new product development initiatives.
    2. Market Research and Consumer Insights:
      • Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape.
      • Utilize consumer insights to guide product ideation, formulation, and positioning.
      • Collaborate with research teams to gather data and feedback from target consumer groups.
    3. Product Development and Management:
      • Work closely with R&D, manufacturing, and design teams to develop new products from concept to launch.
      • Define product specifications, features, and benefits based on consumer needs and company objectives.
      • Manage the end-to-end product development process, ensuring products are developed on time and within budget.
    4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
      • Collaborate with marketing, sales, supply chain, and other teams to align on product launch strategies and go-to-market plans.
      • Engage with external partners, suppliers, and vendors to source materials and technologies for innovative products.

    The Successful Applicant

    • Proven experience 5 years in NPDs or renovations the FMCG space
    • Ideal candidate came from a brand management background, then specialized in NPDs
    • Strong understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape.
    • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for driving innovation
