    1. Must be a graduate of 4-year course from a reputable college or university
    2. Preferably with at least 3 year of work experience related to real estate or contractor
    3. Must be focused, driven, team player
    4. Can work under pressure
    5. With acceptable oral and written communication skills
    6. Computer literate.

    Responsibility

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
    Involved from pre-selling, launching to end of projects.
    . Brainstorming
    . Market Research
    . Coordination with Liaison Department for the pertinent documents needed to secure License to Sell.
    . Coordination with Marketing Department for the production of sales materials.
    . Coordination with Technical Group for the construction of model units.
    . Preparation to approval of pricelist.
    . Preparation to approval of sales & documentation guidelines.
    . Monitor and assist Loans and Business Devt. to secure from concern departments the needed documents for Pag-ibig/BOI/Project Accreditation and Pag-ibig house and lot appraisals.
    . Monitor land development, construction of amenities & housing units.
    . Coordination with site engineers, Technical Services Group on matters relevant to project site management.
    . Formulation of necessary correspondences to proper groups on matters concerning project operations.

    Inventory Management
    . Coordination with Sales and Customer Service regular updates of pricing and available inventories.

    Others
    . Monitor status of properties under Land acquisition
    . Do other works as maybe assign by immediate superior
