- Fulfilling client's support requests, providing insights and suggestions to resolve the issues
- Troubleshooting feed issues and providing resolution
- Manipulating data by implementing SQL queries through data sorting, extraction and optimization
- Writing queries to accomplish data optimizations, transitions, matching ups, filtering, sorting and fixing broken product URLs and image URLs
- Configuring and mapping attributes from a variety of files, including delimited and XML files, custom scripts and API-based platform integrations
- Troubleshooting data imports and exports that are not functioning correctly, ensuring the integrity of data
- Resolving mismatching product attributes when products are updated
- Troubleshooting channel specific errors, communicating with various shopping channels and affiliate networks to gain clarity on resolving errors and warnings
- Identifying scope and priority of support requests to ensure proper outcomes
- Understanding the basic relationship between feeds and campaigns and how it impacts client's performance
- Maintaining integrity of live feeds during work
- Understanding basics of how the platform operates
- Managing multi-client expectations, ensuring clients are informed of the status and are responded to in a timely manner
- 2 years of E-Commerce business-to-business client experience
- 2 years of technical support experience
- Analytical, critical thinking, and research skills
- Problem identification and troubleshooting skills
- Basic knowledge of order execution logic, IF THEN logic, and utilization of software functions in any shape or form
- Basic knowledge of SQL or Excel: Data manipulations are performed within our technology utilizing our language, which is similar to SQL and Excel.
