Description:

Our growing company is looking for a motivated business development officer to develop and implement growth strategies for the achievement of revenue goals. Candidates should have the right blend of analytical talent and initiative. Successful applicants should be team players who not only understand how to identify a new market opportunity, but also know what it takes to lead a team forward and realize that opportunity. We're especially looking for someone with great communication skills, as you'll be expected to interact with brokers, executives and clients on a daily basis. Preference will be given to candidates who plan to stay and grow with our company for the foreseeable future. Incentives and bonuses will apply.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Expand and maintain the broker seller network.
Expand and maintain the client network.
Deal with client concerns.
Deal with broker seller concerns.
Document all broker sellers.
Document all clients.
- Recommend marketing strategies to management

Qualifications:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Marketing or equivalent.
Required language(s) English, Filipino
No work experience required, but a related internship will make a stronger candidate.
Required Skill(s) Microsoft Office
Preferably Less than 1 year experience specialized in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
Experience in banking or real estate industry is preferred, but not required.
Must have good presentation skills.
Must be able to work under pressure.
Must be organized.
Must be able to work independently.
Must be familiar with Metro Manila, or is quick at learning geographical details.
MUST be able to understand numbers/financials.
