- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, forecast based on sales data, and organize orders and shipping to prevent stockouts
- Performance Analysis: Analyze product performance data and develop improvement plans for products with profit or sales issues
- SOP and KPI Tracking and Building: Track existing KPIs, propose new, more effective KPIs, improve processes, and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- PPC Management: Analyze and optimize PPC advertising metrics
- SEO Management: Develop plans based on data to enhance product ranking for important keywords on Amazon
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience working for an Amazon FBA business
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience in team leadership
- Demonstrated expertise in inventory management and shipping to Amazon FBA
- Proficiency in creating and tracking SOPs and KPIs
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Experience working with Excel and proficiency in English, both written and verbal
- Stable internet connection and a computer or laptop with at least 8GB memory, SSD hard drive, and i5 processor or equivalent
- Autodidact with the ability to learn independently from written or video materials in English
- Experience with tools like Jungle Scout, Helium 10, and Keepa
- Advanced Excel knowledge
