    • Has working experience in banking/financial industry
    • Proactive
    • Meticulous and accuracy in work quality
    • Able to multi task
    • Good inter personal skills in interacting with internal and external customers& stakeholders
    Responsibilities:
    • Manage agency performance and productivity
    • Meet performance target as per assigned portfolio
    • Manage all agency operations related matter, including endorsement, enquiries, waiver, setoff, charge-off
    • Manage customer complaints until resolution
    • Manage agency controls and due diligence to ensure agency is in compliance
    • Manage partners and stakeholders on day to day function
    • Generate reports on the overall agency performance of the assigned portfolio
    • Execute assigned collections strategies
    • Submission of all deliverables on time
    • Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management from time to time
