    The Business Development Manager is responsible for originating projects that generate cash flow and positively contribute to shareholder value; Responsible for data collection and analysis, investment appraisal, preparation of documentation, and securing the necessary approvals to develop a project, and responsible for ensuring the proper transition of new projects to a dedicated business unit and creating a suitable governance structure prior to or upon project close.

    Responsible for searching for potential opportunities aligned with the Company's strategic plan or 5-year roadmap

    Overseeing the project development cycle, from business case preparation to approval.

    Leading the development of the project concept with consultants, ensuring alignment with the business case and aiming for project award acquisition.

    Establishing the governance structure for the business unit and providing support for hiring key positions in the organizational chart.

    Assisting the BD Director in preparing the Business Implementation Plan with the core team, if formed, and offering support to the core team.

    Qualifications:

    A bachelor's degree in finance, economics, management or business administration

    At least 8 years of work experience in business development, M&A, project management, infrastructure development, joint ventures, or PPPs.

    Highly motivated individual with strong analytical and logical thinking skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a genuine passion for business valuations.

    Proficient in financial modeling, including building models from scratch.

    A results-oriented individual and 'out-of-comfort-zone' thinker with a proven track record of solving complex problems and completing challenging projects.

    A strong team player who can adapt to changing requirements or deadlines to support departmental objectives.

    Demonstrated business acumen and effective communication skills across various levels of the organization.

    Willing to work onsite at Rockwell Santolan Town Plaza, San Juan City
