    We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Officer to join our dynamic team at AGlobal Care, Inc. As a Business Development Officer, you will play a pivotal role in driving our B2B sales efforts within the pharmaceutical sector. You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and nurturing business relationships with key stakeholders, ultimately contributing to the growth and success of our company.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Market Research and Analysis:
    Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, competitors, and emerging trends in the pharmaceutical industry.
    Analyze market data to identify opportunities for growth and create actionable strategies for expanding our B2B sales.
    • Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
    Identify and target prospective B2B clients within the pharmaceutical sector.
    Initiate contact and engage in consultative selling to understand client needs and present suitable solutions.
    Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring their satisfaction.
    • Sales Strategy Development:
    Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop effective sales strategies and tactics.
    Set ambitious yet achievable sales targets and contribute to the development of sales forecasts and budgets.
    • New Business Development:
    Identify and pursue new business opportunities by seeking out potential partnerships, collaborations, and strategic alliances within the pharmaceutical industry.
    Develop and present compelling proposals that showcase the value of our products and services to potential clients.
    • Negotiation and Contract Management:
    Lead negotiation efforts to close deals that align with the company's goals and objectives.
    Ensure all contractual agreements are clear, legally sound, and mutually beneficial for both parties.
    • Cross-functional Collaboration:
    Collaborate closely with internal teams such as marketing, research and development, and operations to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and delivery of products/services.
    • Performance Tracking and Reporting:
    Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, interactions, and transactions using CRM software.
    Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities for management review.
