    Position Summary:
    We're hiring an Insurance Agency Producer with a background in insurance sales and business development. Your main role will be to find new clients, manage existing accounts, and offer insurance solutions.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Finding New Business:

    • Look for new clients through networking and cold calling.
    • Keep track of potential clients and opportunities.
    • Develop strategies to grow our client base and revenue.

    Client Management:

    • Handle client inquiries and claims promptly and professionally.

    Promoting Insurance Products:

    • Educate clients about different insurance products.
    • Recommend suitable policies to meet their needs.
    • Stay updated on industry changes and trends.

    Proposal Preparation:

    • Analyze client needs to create tailored insurance proposals. Work with underwriters to get quotes and negotiate terms.
    • Present proposals to clients and address their questions.
    Tracking Sales


    Performance:

    • Keep records of sales activities and revenue.
    • Monitor progress towards targets.
    • Find ways to improve sales effectiveness.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree preferred.
    • Proven experience in insurance sales or business development.
    • Knowledge of insurance products and regulations.
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
