    Salesforce Administrator (Level 2)

    We are seeking a skilled and experienced Salesforce Administrator to join our team. As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our Salesforce platform to ensure that it is optimized for our business processes and goals. You will work closely with our sales, professional services, and customer service teams to identify and implement improvements to our Salesforce platform, as well as provide support to users. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce administration and configuration.
    Key Responsibilities
    • Manage and maintain our Salesforce platform, including user management, data management, and customization of fields, objects, and flows
    • Work with business stakeholders to identify and implement improvements to our Salesforce platform, including automation of business processes using approval processes and flows
    • Deploy new and manage existing Salesforce apps
    • Manage configuration changes in a sandbox environment and move changes between environments using continuous delivery tools such as Flosum
    • Maintain data quality and ensure data security and compliance with data privacy regulations
    • Work with developers and other technical resources to troubleshoot and resolve issues as needed
    • Build and manage dashboards, views, reports in Salesforce standard and custom objects.
    • Provide day-to-day support and guidance to users to enhance and increase their knowledge of Salesforce
    • Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and updates, and recommend new features and functionalities to support business objectives
    Key Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
    • 3+ years of experience in Salesforce administration, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
    • Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices for customization and automation
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
    • Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator certification required
    • Certified Platform App Builder certification preferred
    • Experience with Salesforce CPQ a plus
    • Experience with FinancialForce PSA a big plus
