- Manage and maintain our Salesforce platform, including user management, data management, and customization of fields, objects, and flows
- Work with business stakeholders to identify and implement improvements to our Salesforce platform, including automation of business processes using approval processes and flows
- Deploy new and manage existing Salesforce apps
- Manage configuration changes in a sandbox environment and move changes between environments using continuous delivery tools such as Flosum
- Maintain data quality and ensure data security and compliance with data privacy regulations
- Work with developers and other technical resources to troubleshoot and resolve issues as needed
- Build and manage dashboards, views, reports in Salesforce standard and custom objects.
- Provide day-to-day support and guidance to users to enhance and increase their knowledge of Salesforce
- Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and updates, and recommend new features and functionalities to support business objectives
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in Salesforce administration, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices for customization and automation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator certification required
- Certified Platform App Builder certification preferred
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ a plus
- Experience with FinancialForce PSA a big plus
- Excellent analytical, technical aptitude and ability to solve problems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Motivated self-starter with excellent work ethic and team-first attitude
- Ability to work both independently and as a member of a cross-team project group with minimal supervision
- Excellent time management and organization skills with a very keen attention to detail
