    As member of the Global IT Team the Project Lead located in Manila takes over the key role for leading complex project activities in IT Infrastructure services.

    In this role, Project lead must understand the business, IT infrastructure and manage multiple projects and demands.


    These are your tasks:

    • You will take over the management, planning, control and documentation of projects of different s and complexities in an international environment
    • You confidently control and moderate the corresponding project teams in overall or sub-projects. Coordinate, document, and assign tasks for the project team and provide the team with direction and support. Assign resources to projects and project objectives and monitor progress
    • You are responsible for the project results in terms of time, quality and budget. Plan and develop strategy, including defining the goals and timeline for project(s)
    • You create reports and present the results. Manage and communicate ongoing changes in tasks, goals, or performance
    • You clarify technical details with the teams and the customer and develop efficient solutions
    • During the project implementation phase, you are responsible for identifying problems and/or major excursions, and respond by providing solutions and implement changes as necessary to ensure the project timeline is followed

    What you bring with you:

    • You have a degree in (business) computer science or business administration or a comparable qualification
    • 5 years of extensive experience in IT project management
    • Experience on PPM tools (Service Now, MS Project, etc.)
    • You have good knowledge of IT infrastructure (network / firewalls / Windows server / virtualization)
    • You have an analytical mind in conjunction with a structured and solution-oriented way of working
    • A confident and customer-oriented appearance as well as very good communication and team skills are a matter of course for you
    • Very good English skills in spoken and written round off your profile
