    JOB SUMMARY:

    The Client Success Specialist will be mainly responsible for ensuring the successful execution of campaigns by tracking and monitoring the campaigns' executions and working closely with the Account Manager while overseeing the Talent Execution Officer. As a Client Success Specialist, you will work on the campaign briefs by assessing and completing the brief to ensure its clarity, completeness, and readiness for execution.

    You will ensure the Talent Execution Officer has clear, concise and on-point briefing details and materials to share with the talents and across other relevant team members/departments. You're the key communicator between the AM, TEO, and Creatives to ensure processes are followed and deliverables are accounted for. You are positioned to keep an eye on the project/brand's upsell opportunities

    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Reporting Duties:

    • Reports to the Head of Client Services for Influencers while working closely with the Talent Execution Officer and Account Manager to achieve the campaigns' goals
    • Manages the Talent Execution Officer's duties and responsibilities

    Strategic Duties:

    • Contributes to the overall client success strategies and processes, including but not limited to identifying improvements in ways of workings, SLAs, and personnel structure
    • Identifies renewal and upselling opportunities by working with internal stakeholders on account management
    • Takes on other tasks assigned by the Account Manager and Head of Client Services for Influencers
    • Creates B2C or B2B integrated marketing campaigns to acquire or retain clients

    Campaign-related Duties:

    • Manages the campaigns' fulfillment of deliverables, promotions, activations, post-campaign reports and other requirements.
    • Briefs and oversees internal/external agencies, and content creators who are part of the campaign's fulfillment of quality work
    • Writes, edits, and proofreads copies of promotional materials within marketing campaigns with formal sign-off, if necessary
    • Ensures the organization's brand identity is adhered to in campaigns and other communication channels
    • Operations-related duties:
    • Secures and works within the budget and reports any overspend
    • Assists the Sales Strategy and Operations on billing matters once the campaign is fulfilled
