    About the Role: In the position of Enterprise Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our company within the enterprise segment. Your mission is to identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand our client base and enhance our presence in the market. This role demands a blend of strategic thinking, sales expertise, and a deep understanding of our customers' needs to forge strong, lasting partnerships.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic sales plans tailored to the enterprise segment.
    • Proactively seek out and engage with potential clients, presenting tailored solutions that meet their unique business needs. Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure long-term success and customer satisfaction.
    • Drive the sales process from prospecting to close, consistently meeting or exceeding set sales targets. Employ a consultative sales approach to navigate complex sales cycles.
    • Work in tandem with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience. Provide insights from client interactions to help shape product offerings and market strategies.
    • Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform strategic decisions and maintain a competitive edge.

    Requirements:

    • Proven track record in enterprise sales with experience in complex sales cycles.
    • Ability to create and execute strategic sales plans.
    • Skilled at building and sustaining professional relationships, including with high-level executives.
    • Knowledge of industry trends, challenges, and competitive landscape.
    • Excellent communication skills, capable of clear articulation and effective negotiation.
    • Team player with a strong sense of leadership, able to work with cross-functional teams.
    • Ability to analyze data to inform strategies and decisions.
    • Adaptability to changing market conditions and customer needs.
    • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications beneficial.
    • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
