    Position Title:

    HARDWARE TECH SUPPORTJob Requirements:

    • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/ Engineering / Information Technology
    • Must have good oral and written communication skills.
    • Must be persuasive to details and facts and highly organized.
    • Must be professional and works with the highest degree of integrity.
    • Experience is an advantage but not required
    • Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply

    Assignment:

    • 918 Manila Teachers' Building, UN Avenue, Ermita Manila

    1000Job Summary:
    To ensure proper computer operations so that end users can accomplish the organizational task. Problem resolution may involve the use of diagnostics and technical tracking tools. This includes receiving, documenting, prioritizing, and actively end user request.


    Job Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Oversee installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Server, end user workstation hardware, software, and peripherals devices.
    • Provides on-line & Field support to lodges regarding system & technical problem.
    • Provides a technical consultations and recommendations to end user.
    • Software updates, drivers, knowledge bases, and frequently asked questions resources on the internet to aid in problem resolutions.
    • Test fixes to ensure problem has been adequately resolved
    • Document all pertinent end user identification information, including name, department, contact information, and nature of problem or issue.
    • Prioritize and escalate the problems to the appropriate employee.
    • Apply diagnostic utilities to aid in troubleshooting.
    • Daily monitoring of CCTV cameras to assigned lodges and send weekly reports/status
