- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Advertising, Project Management, or related field (or currently pursuing).
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree.
- Experience in Sales and Relationship Management for B2B clients.
- Four or more years of project management experience.
- Age: 28 to 38 years old.
- Generating leads and reaching out to prospects.
- Communicating and gathering information on a project's scope, budgets, and timelines as well as understanding the core challenge that the client is facing.
- Creating project proposals and costings for presentation and submission to client.
- Negotiating and closing engagements with clients.
- Setting expectations, milestones, and timelines for project deliverables.
- Monitoring project progress and identifying potential risks or obstacles.
- Facilitating communication between team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure project alignment.
- Coordinating teams to meet project milestones.
- Creating or consolidating presentation decks.
- Assisting in research – gathering and consolidating data from desk research or third party agencies to be ready for analysis.
- Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.
- Preparing regular project updates and reports.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with third-party resources, including vendors and researchers.
- Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project.
- Reporting and escalating to management as needed.
