    Job Description

    • Develop and execute strategic account plans for key customers, based on their needs, goals, and challenges
    • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor and partner, providing value-added solutions and services that meet or exceed customer expectations
    • Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
    • Coordinate with internal teams, such as marketing, technical support, and logistics, to deliver seamless customer experience and support
    • Monitor and report on account performance, customer satisfaction, and market trends, using CRM tools and data analysis
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, both within existing accounts and with potential customers, in alignment with company strategy and objectives

    The Successful Applicant
