    We are looking for an Account Manager/Client Success Manager to join our team and manage our relationships with our clients.

    You will be the main point of contact for our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.


    To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in account management or client success in the recruitment or BPO industry.

    You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a customer-centric mindset, and a proactive attitude.

    Your main duties and responsibilities will include:

    • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with our clients
    • Understanding our clients' needs and expectations and providing them with solutions and support
    • Communicating regularly with our clients via phone, email, or video calls and providing them with updates, feedback, and reports
    • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and referrals within our existing client base
    • Resolving any issues or complaints that our clients may have and escalating them when necessary
    • Collaborating with our internal teams to deliver highquality service and results to our clients
    • Meeting or exceeding sales targets and performance metrics

    The ideal candidate for this position should have:

    • At least 3 years of experience in account management or client success in the recruitment or BPO industry
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
    • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
