    Role Description

    This is a full-time Executive Assistant to Executive level role located in Quezon City, with flexibility for some remote work. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for performing a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks for the company's top executive, including managing schedules, making travel arrangements, and running business errands. This role will also involve compiling and analyzing data, creating reports, and conducting research.

    Qualifications

    • 3+ years of experience as an executive assistant or executive administrative assistant
    • Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and multitask efficiently
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • High level of proficiency with Google Suite
    • Experience with data analysis and report creation
    • Demonstrated ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
    • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
    • Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team environment
