    To handle the following:
    accounts receivable, inventory, fixed assets, and bank reconciliation


    • Overseeing the daily activities of the cost accounting and AP service.
    • Provider staff and ensuring that all major tasks (landed costs, payables, cost analysis, and other reports for month-end and year-end reports) are completed accurately and on time.
    • Supervises the work of billing clerks for engineering and makes sure that all services and spare parts are provided accurately and timely.
    • Making sure that a monthly inventory report is being done in time with the submission of monthly financial statements.
    • Analyzing the monthly cost of sales and providing all necessary adjustments for monthly and year-end reports.
    • Conduct a regular cycle count at the warehouses (equipment, smallwares, and spare parts).
    • Observe and review the processes at the warehouses (equipment, smallwares, and spare parts) to make sure that all transactions are accurately recorded and give recommendations for improvement or correction.
    • Analyze and provide the monthly schedule of advances to suppliers and follow up with logistics for any variances or undelivered items that were already paid.
    • Monitors the payment to project contractors.
    • Maintaining accurate and complete financial records and participating in audits or reconciliations, as needed.
    • Monitors the computations of landed costs and the analysis of monthly cost and inventory reports.
    • Maintains an accurate and updated Accounts Receivable Aging report.
    • Ensures that all collections are properly identified and applied to clients' accounts.
    • Ensures that monthly bank reconciliation is being done and necessary adjustments are taken up.
    • Monitors the recording and inventory of fixed assets.
    • Audits and reviews the reports of Middle East branches.
    • Evaluating, developing, and improving controls, systems, and procedures that increase accuracy and efficiency.
    • Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
