    As a member of the Delivery & Integration Service, the L3 Application Support
    • Deployment Engineer is responsible for the successful installation and deployment of IT Europe applications in production & non production environments.
    The Deployment Engineer will also provide technical support and troubleshooting to end users and Project Managers.


    Your future duties and responsibilities:
    The L3 Application Support
    • Deployment Engineer will be in charge of the following:
    • Pipeline implementation on Microsoft TFS or Azure DevOps
    • Administration of Microsoft Team Foundation
    • Configuration and applications deployment
    • Analyze and troubleshoot deployment issues in a timely manner.
    Capacity to raise clear issues/problems to developer or to dedicated teams for resolution
  • Recommend deployment process improvements (analysis, automation, procedures) in order to improve deployment service quality
  • Assist in the deployment plan​Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
  • Bachelor's Degree in an IT or related field
  • At least (3) years of experience in a Development or Deployment Engineer position
  • DevOps certification is a plus
  • Customer oriented
  • Capacity to analyze and be structured
  • Good procedures writer
  • Ability to work independently yet within Delivery and integration service guidelines
    • ● Candidate must be open to report onsite at least 3x a week in Alabang

    Required Technical Skills:

    • Microsoft TFS / Azure DevOps Solution - CI/CD (Mandatory)
    • Windows Server (mandatory)
    • Web application servers (Microsoft IIS) (mandatory)
    Script languages: PowerShell (Mandatory)
    Nice to Have Technical Skills:

    • Linux (option)
    • Cloud solution knowledge: AWS, Azure
    • Development tools knowledge: Microsoft C#
    • Database: Microsoft SQL, SQL Query (Basic knowledge)
    • File transfer protocol: FTP, Shares, or any other solution
