    The Account Manager oversees sales activities and develops relationships with customers. He/she is responsible for managing accounts, ensuring clients are satisfied, and generating new sales opportunities.

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for conducting various sales activities such as prospecting and managing corporate accounts, developing sales leads, building client relationships, closing new business opportunities, and achieving or exceeding assigned sales quota
    • Maintain quality customer relations with existing clients while developing new accounts and;
    • Set sales targets and specific performance metrics aligned with business strategies
    • Communicate with clients at a senior level to resolve issues and inquiries
    • Generate innovative ideas to support customers and boost brand awareness
    • Manage multiple accounts; develop positive working relationships with all customer touchpoint
    • Drive client retention, renewals, upsells, and client satisfaction
    • Use client feedback to improve customer experience.
