    Job Summary:

    As a Key Account Manager, you are responsible for maintaining good relationships with corporate partners.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Generate new sales opportunities
    • Identify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate products/services
    • Build and maintain strong and positive relationships with corporate partners through consistent check-ins and effective communications to qualify leads as sales opportunities
    • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
    • Take necessary tactical and strategic actions to achieve desired sales results.
    • Report weekly, monthly, and quarterly results to the Head of Sales
    • Set touch-based schedules with clients
    • Make Event / Group Proposal & Final Quotation
    • Make, Release, and Coordinate Confirmed Arrangements with other departments
    • Do final checks on all arrangements to ensure everything meets schedule and standards
    • Monitors Daily arrangements report quickly to raise concerns to the Head of Sales
    • The setting, communicating and maintaining timelines and priorities on every task given by the Head of Sales
    • Coordinate with the Vendor department on the development and proposals of new products as requested by the corporate clients
    • Encourage higher number and value of transactions, as well as usage of full-suite of Smartbite offerings by Clients
    • Reporting on client performance and ensuring variation of vendor usage

    Qualifications:

    Education: Completion of at least two (2) years in College with Marketing, Business, or related courses

    Experience: Preferably with relevant work experience in Sales with a history of exceeding lead targets

    Skills: Excellent customer relation skills; highly organized and keen to detail; Possesses logical thinking with strong analytical skills; Effective communication skills; Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team; Has the initiative to improve and develop oneself.
