- Prospect for new leads using various methods like email marketing, social media outreach, and cold calling.
- Qualify leads through effective questioning and research to identify their needs and pain points.
- Engage with qualified leads through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to nurture interest and build relationships.
- Schedule appointments and demos with qualified leads for Account Executives.
- Conduct product research and prepare presentations to effectively communicate product value to leads.
- Maintain accurate records of all lead interactions and progress in a CRM system.
- Analyze lead data and identify patterns to refine prospecting and qualification strategies.
- Ensure smooth handover of qualified leads to Account Executives with all necessary information and context.
- Contribute to team discussions and share best practices for lead generation and qualification.
- Bachelor's degree in any field (Business, Marketing, or similar preferred).
- 1-2 years of experience in a sales development or similar role Strong understanding of the sales process and B2B sales methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
