    BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

    Job Description:

    We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Sales Executive to join our team at TechTaxi Inc. As a Sales Executive second hand to the Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base in the North American, Canadian, Australian, New Zealand, and potentially the local PH markets. Your primary responsibility will be identifying and engaging potential clients, generating and qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for our BDM to close the sale.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients in the Australian, North America,n and Canadian markets through various channels, including online research, social media platforms, industry directories, and professional networking platforms. Accessing your available network clientele (if any) may help us in getting further close deals with potential clients.
    • Outreach and Prospecting: Initiate contact with potential clients via email, LinkedIn, and phone calls. Present the company's value proposition, products, and services to generate interest and qualify leads.
    • Qualification Process: Conduct thorough lead qualification by asking relevant questions to understand the client's needs, budget, timeline, and decision-making process. Determine if the lead meets the criteria for further engagement.
    • Appointment Setting: Schedule high-quality appointments and demos for the BDM with qualified leads. Coordinate with both the potential client and the BDM to find a mutually suitable time for the meeting.
    • CRM Management: Accurately record and update lead information, communication history, and appointment details in the customer relationship management (CRM) system and/or HubSpot. Ensure data integrity and provide regular reports to the management team.
    • Communication and Follow-up: Follow up with leads consistently through various channels to maintain engagement and build relationships. Address any questions or concerns and provide timely responses to inquiries.
    • Market and Competitor Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive offerings, and target market dynamics. Provide feedback and insights to improve lead generation strategies and adapt to market changes.
    • Networking: Occasionally attend networking events that will help boost the company's growth and broaden our range of potential client reach to open business opportunities for Techtaxi Inc.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in lead generation, appointment setting, client relationship management, and inside sales preferably in the IT/Software industry with a focus on the USA, Canada, Australia, and PH markets.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate the company's value proposition effectively.
    • Experience making calls and/or sending emails through campaigns is a must.
    • Strong prospecting and research skills to identify potential clients and gather relevant information.
    • Resourcefulness with or without available tools at hand
    • Ability to qualify leads by asking probing questions and understanding their needs and pain points effectively.
    • Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot or anything similar) and proficiency in maintaining accurate and updated lead data.
    • Self-motivated with results and goal-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
    • Target-driven with the ability to meet or exceed target KPIs
    • Open to the possibility of occasional office meetings (as necessary on a Friday)
    • Available to attend virtual Friday meetings, either AM or PM (schedules on Thursday and Friday can be adjusted considering the GY shift)
    • Ability to craft Sales decks or PPTs and comfortable in presenting them if necessary.
    • Knowledge of IT/Software industry trends, terminologies, and competitive landscape.
    • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
    • Mature, reliable, and has a strong sense of accountability.
    • Resilient and flexible to work with a start-up team, open to learning, and can quickly adapt to changes and work environments.
    • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, proactive and attentive in handling uncertainties
    • Able to work any shifts.
    • Ad hoc tasks may be assigned from time to time.
