    Role Overview: The Business Development Executive will be instrumental in identifying new business opportunities and partnerships to further Cyboticx's reach and impact. This role requires a proactive approach to developing relationships and negotiating deals, particularly focusing on markets relevant to our technological services.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify and target potential clients and business opportunities in key markets.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients.
    • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies that enhance brand awareness and market exposure.
    • Prepare and deliver pitches and presentations to prospective clients and partners.
    • Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities.
    • Work closely with the product and technical teams to ensure client needs are met with tailored solutions.
    • Track, analyze, and report on business development initiatives and their outcomes.
    • Manage and oversee the business development pipeline, ensuring consistent growth and progress.
    • Attend industry events and conferences to network, build relationships, and gather insights.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in the tech industry.
    • Strong understanding of the business landscape and technology trends.
    • Exceptional negotiation and relationship management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
    • Ideally based in Manila with a deep understanding of the local business environment and potential growth opportunities.
