    We are looking for a passionate and creative Marketing and Events Assistant who can contribute to the community through the art program and events of the BGC Arts Center.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide excellent customer service by paying close attention to details of bookings, keep accurate records of customer data, and handle related administrative tasks.
    • Handle bookings in the BGC Arts Center from start to end, which may include arranging schedules, pitching offerings, coordinating logistics, and assisting clients with any concern from booking until event egress.
    • Establish and maintain trusting relationships with clients and partners.
    • Prepare marketing reports and presentations
    • Contribute to marketing activities of the foundation.
    • Collaborate with other team members for execution of various projects and programs as may be required from time to time.

    Core Competencies & Qualifications:

    • College graduate, with educational background in marketing/events management, sales and/or with working experience in client accounts and event coordination.
    • Experience or interest in theater, event production, and art programs is a plus.
    • Effective communication and presentation skills.
    • Ability to multi-task and oversee multiple events & programs
    • Proficient computer skills, especially in using Microsoft Suite and Google Suite programs
    • Willing to work on a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends during events.
