    Data Integration Support Specialist

    At HyLogic we are looking for a talented Data Integration Support Specialist to join our team.

    We are looking for highly skilled Level 2- Level 3 specialists to join our Data Integration SRE Team. As part of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of our data replication services. You will be working closely with cross-functional teams and our product team to resolve issues, implement automations, and drive continuous improvement in Data Integration Services.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong service delivery attitude, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement. We need someone to support us in the next phase in the Data Integration area.

    ðWhat will you be doing:

    • Implement SRE principles like SLI/SLO, toil reduction.
    • Provides operation status to our customers.
    • Resolve and qualify incidents for the next level of support and analysis.
    • Facilitate releases/deployments ensuring reliability/readiness of changes to production.
    • Improve product/service reliability through utilization of data analytics to identify improvement areas and ensure that appropriate design and safeguards are in place prior production release.
    • Leverage software engineering experience, CI/CD pipeline to proactively manage the application and automate tasks.
    • Align, collaborate, and build relationships with peers, subject matter experts and users to improve knowledge of E2E DevOps/SRE Reliability Engineering practices.
    • Conducting internal training in the organization as necessary to facilitate knowledge sharing and understanding of new solutions.
    • Develop monitoring and automation features to enhance service reliability.
    • Conduct training sessions for SRE and product teams on new technology features.
    • Drive changes and critical incidents with technology partners.
    • Participate in Change Management Reviews and weekend on-call support.

    â ̈Expected candidate profile and skills:

    • Relevant experience in the HVR configuration via HVR gui, including channel definition, location setup, actions management.
    • Experience in troubleshooting HVR replication issues and understanding critical components involved.
    • Knowledge of basic Linux server folder structure to access integration tool logs.
    • Understanding of integration plugin-based extensions and interpretation of logs
    • Familiarity with SQL for integration and health checks, database utilization, and stored procedures
    • Ability to perform role-based security verification in Azure Portal and other platforms.
    • Experience with monitoring tools such as Power BI, Grafana, and Azure Metrics
    • Familiarity with Confluent Control Portal and streaming architecture
    • Familiarity with all replication topologies and setup using various sources and targets.
    • Proficiency in scripting with Python, PowerShell, or Bash
    • Ability to design automation and collaborate with vendors for system improvement.
    • Strong troubleshooting skills with database knowledge

    • Independent in executing tasks and ticket resolution.
    • Contributing to knowledge base build and testing framework continuous improvement
